Flour bags belong to the category of extra clean production, they differ from sugar bags mainly in the design of seams and frequent requirements for antistatic or conductive properties of the bag.
The bags are made of a coated fabric, but it is also possible to make a bag of uncoated fabric and supplement it with an insert - a polyethylene foil. The most commonly produced bags have a load capacity (SWL) of 500 - 1,500 kg and a safety factor (SF) of 5:1 and 6:1. Some customers also request bags with internal construction.
