Bags

We are CONROP - the leading Czech manufacturer of bulk bags, also known as Big Bags, or FIBC - Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers. We make bags mainly from polypropylene fabric, which can be supplemented with a polyethylene insert. We have a management system certificate according to the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 standard. Operations for clean (ČV) and extra clean production (ECV) are certified in accordance with the food safety management system according to ČSN EN ISO 22000:2019. We have our own accredited testing laboratory for testing manufactured bags.

We make all bags to order. We are aware that every customer has different needs and therefore we apply the given requirements to the shape and overall properties of the ordered bags.

Q bags

Bags with inner structure designed for the transportation of loose material. Q bags maintain their rectangular shape and can help to save up to 30% in storage and transportation space.

Storage silo

Storage silo are a very simple, cheap and effective option for storing loose and small materials such as pellets or granules. We manufacture all silos to order according to the customer's needs.

Standard bags

Classic 4-point bags with wide use for most loose and bulky materials with a volume of up to 3 m³. The bags can be supplemented with construction or polyethylene films according to the customer's needs.

Conductive and antistatic bags

A special group of bags suitable for explosive environments or for transporting and storing potentially explosive materials. The bags are designed and tested according to the ČSN EN IEC 61340-4-4, ČSN EN 61340-2-3 standards.

UN bags

UN bags for the transport of dangerous goods are manufactured in accordance with the United Nations Recommendations on the Transportation of Dangerous Goods, commonly known as the Orange Book.
